Moving into long-term care is a difficult decision for the entire family, so our staff works with you to provide understanding of our comprehensive and compassionate level of care.

We provide professional medical care by qualified geriatric physicians, licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants with a goal of helping each person develop to their maximum potential.

Our beautiful facility located in suburban Okemos is home for 236 residents. A center Atrium, with an aviary, plants, and a fish pond, provides a relaxing setting to have lunch or visit with friends and family.

Dementia Care

Special programming and a secure unit are offered for cognitively impaired residents.

Therapy Services

Rehabilitative and restorative therapies are offered on-site to help meet residents' needs.

Dining Services

A registered dietician meets with residents to discuss their meal preferences and special dietary needs.

Therapeutic Activities

A wide choice of activities are available to keep residents involved. Music therapy and art therapy complement the activity program. A wheelchair accessible bus provides transportation for shopping and community events.

Social Services

A professional team of Social Workers provides services to assist the residents' transition to our facility.
