Rehabilitation Center

A step toward independence

Our state of the art Rehab Center provides assistance for individuals who have an acute illness or injury. Skilled staff work with each person and their family to establish a comprehensive plan of care.

We help people who have experienced:

• Fractures
• Hip/Knee Replacement
• Elective Orthopedic surgeries
• Stroke
• Temporary loss of function due to trauma, anesthesia, or hospitalization
• Deconditioning due to congestive heart failure, pulmonary disease or other cardiac conditions

Education and support are provided in all phases of the stay including discharge planning, home preparation safety and support services.
